Ellis is a one-two, husband and wife combo punch. The couple hails from Nashville via North Carolina and Texas, which means that the debates regarding proper b-b-q meat are legendary. They have challenged themselves to find the best cuisine in Nashville, which has led them to consume embarrassing amounts of red meat amongst embarrassing amounts of hipsters.

North Carolina born and bred, and Clay believes that a Bojangles chicken biscuit and sweet tea are a perfect meal any time of day. Interests include traveling, technology, the outdoors, and of course- food! He prides himself on his burgers, but enjoys eating even more than cooking. Clay will bring you as many reviews of local Nashville restaurants as possible in the next 18 months, and possibly beyond!
